I have this Dell Vostro 3360 laptop. When powered on the scroll bar goes to the end of the screen then stops. It won’t go I to the setup or boot windows. It freezes. Same thing if the hard drive is removed. It used boot into windows. When entering into the bios it is locked, can’t move around. The bios battery was removed to try and clear it, so now it gets stuck on the scroll bar. How do I program your bios file shown on your website? Can my laptop be restored?
